We genuinely started this list with mindless summer reading in mind, but — what can we say? — there are just too many interesting interesting things to read in wellness and personal development right now. Admittedly, some of them don’t qualify as “light beach reads”, but many of them will leave a thought-provoking impact on your mindset, outlook, relationships and wellness habits that we think you’ll appreciate!
